Slaughter Charge: $80/beef

Processing: $0.95/lb. (hanging weight)

Tenderizing: $12/beef

Patties: $0.60/lb.

Smoking & Packaging Jerky: $2.00/lb.

Making Summer Sausage or Snack Sticks: $2.00/lb.

Curing and Smoking: $1.00/lb.

Note: There will be an extra charge for larger quantities of boneless or cubed.
