At Heritage Meats we understand meat - that’s our heritage. We are a family owned and operated, state inspected butcher shop located in the best beef and pork country in the world: Kansas. Being proud of the quality of meat produced in western Kansas, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience what we take for granted.
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Therefore, we strive to offer the best quality meats that are available.
Gaining your trust and confidence through honesty, integrity, and customer service is also very important to us. These qualities are still prevalent in small rural environments.

When we process an animal for you, we want you to be as satisfied as possible. We realize that there are variables beyond our control; and we will be happy to discuss this with you. We want your feedback because we need to know where we can make improvements.
Our specialty is “From the Pasture to the Plate”. When you raise it you know all about how it was raised and feel confident that what you eat is safe, healthy, and tasty. We will process it to your specifications so it fits your cooking style.
Beef Halves and Quarters, Pork Wholes and Halves

If you do not have access to livestock, we can source high quality beef and pork for you. We will then cut and package it to your specifications. We also have access to “Natural Beef” if you are interested.
